As part of our Personal Development and Character Academy programme at @4stonesmat, we want to ensure our students hear from a wide range of expert speakers on topics and issues that may impact them both now and in the future.

Preparing our students for life beyond the classroom means providing opportunities to learn from real-world experiences, and we are proud to collaborate with a variety of valued partners to support this journey.

Last week, our schools welcomed an inspiring line-up of guest speakers who shared their expertise and advice, helping our students broaden their understanding and develop the skills they’ll need for the wider world;

Photo 1: Pride of Britain Winner and Volunteer Ambassador for @dementia_uk, @manny.s.kang, shared his faith and values with @haybridgeschool. He spoke about how these have shaped his life, reminding students that it’s not the “wrapping paper” that counts, but what’s inside. An inspiring session that left a lasting impact.

Photo 2: The UK Parliament Outreach Team visited @tdms.evesham to explain how Parliament works and how young people can get involved in democracy. A brilliant opportunity for our students to understand the importance of having their voices heard.

Photo 3: @worcsapprentice joined students at @kingcharles1school to highlight the pathways available through apprenticeships. As students begin to consider their next steps, it’s vital they understand all the options open to them and apprenticeships are a fantastic route to success.
