🐣 It is Day 9 of our Easter Countdown and today’s highlight is a staff member whose #Commitment makes our community bloom.
 
Today we celebrate Katie Pritchard from @haybridgeSCITT for demonstrating #Commitment in leading the delivery of the ECT programme for a new cohort for the first time. Katie has planned and delivered some excellent training sessions to support ECTs on their initial journey as a qualified teacher.

Today we celebrate Kathleen Breakwell from Lacon Childe School for demonstrating #Commitment.  Kathleen has worked tirelessly to support the school all year, in particular since Christmas when she has not only had to complete her own work but has taken on additional responsibilities to make sure the staff and students at the school are well supported.
