Surinder Sehmbi has almost 40 years’ experience in primary education, including roles as Headteacher of Blowers Green Primary School and Executive Director. She brings significant expertise in school improvement, safeguarding, curriculum leadership and governance. Having previously supported Four Stones Gateway Trust as a mentor and member of the Teaching School Strategic Board, Surinder joined the Trust Board in 2026 and is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people.
